About Vannoy Law Firm

Strategic Advice for Your Unique Situation
I am frequently asked, “What is your most important case?” The answer is always, “The next one."
No one comes to hire me on a case and tells me something great happened in their life and that they want to pay me to hear about it. Every case here is serious and one person’s misdemeanor DUI charge could have the same life changing consequences as another person’s felony drug case. We prepare every case at my firm like it is going to trial, even though most cases in today’s legal system are not tried. I tell people in criminal cases that my goal is for them to never have to attend court and for their charges to be dismissed and their record expunged. That is not a guarantee of a result, but that is the goal we set out to achieve in every case. In injury and death cases, we do everything we can to maximize a client’s financial recovery.
